Original Voice

On Wednesday November 12, two area women who have been walking the Ice Age Trail will read poems and essays about their project. Original Voice will present Sylvia Oberle and Kris Rued-Clark reading from their book, Adventures on Wisconsin’s Ice Age Trail, Day Hikes, Weekend Jaunts, and Family Vacations. The program at the Coloma Hotel will begin at 7 pm.

The Original Voice is a free event held at the Coloma Hotel on the second Wednesday of most months at 7 pm. The evening starts with a featured guest artist After the featured guest, the microphone is available to anyone who wants to take part. Both unseasoned and experienced performers are urged to make brief presentations: two or three of their own poems or songs, a short essay, or a couple of pages of prose.
