Wildtree Venison Cook-off Rules & Guidelines
1. All dishes must contain venison and contestants must furnish their own venison.
(1 lb suggested)
2. All dishes must be made with Wildtree products. (Wildtree products will be
supplied for contestants who submit their recipes for re-write by Nov 11)
3. All dishes should be labeled: Easy, Intermediate, Difficult.
4. All venison dishes will be anonymous during voting.
5. Judging:
Judges Choice: 1st place in each category.
People’s Choice: 1st place in each category
6. Tasting will be Sat Nov 19 from 4:30 – 6:30 pm @ the Coloma Hotel
7. Recipes will be available to all tasters and Wildtree products used will be available
for purchase on November 19.
